Hi maclochlainn;

Recently just installed Oracle SQL Developer 3.2 and tried installing Oracle Database XE 11g Realease 2 on Windows 7 Home Premium.
I kept getting that the key value could not be read so i had to go into the registry and add the key value that was showing on the error message. I was able to get past that error message and finish the installation. But now whenever I try opening Oracle Database 11G Express Edition by clicking the 'Get Started' icon in my oracle xe folder, a new error message appears that read 'Windows cannot find 'http:\\127.0.0.1:%HTTPPORT%/apex/f?p=4950 How do i resolve this problem. I just want to open my oracle database already. Please help.
